Shipping & Returns
Our orders are shipped to customers in the US via UPS. Upon shipping you will receive a UPS tracking number to monitor your delivery. We ship requiring a signature for confirmation of delivery, please monitor your shipment and make arrangements to accommodate.
While we do not ship directly to international addresses we have teamed up with myUS to provide you with an easy international shipping solution. Once you have set up your myUSaccount, you can shop NolaB from any where in the world.
When will my order be shipped?
Each stand is made to order (right here in the USA!). Once your order is placed, our artists will begin working their magic to get your fabulous stand to you as soon as possible. Cake stands usually ship within 14 business days from the date of purchase. From time to time, certain sizes are placed on backorder and the estimated date of availability will be listed on the product page.
Change Shipping or Billing Address
If you wish to change any shipping or billing information please e-mail ???@nolabstyle.com and include in the subject title “Change Address” we will make the requested adjustments in our system. Please include both the old address and the new address. We will not accept phone calls for these changes, e-mails only.
Shipping to an address other than your billing address
To protect against fraud we take extra steps to be sure that an item shipped to an address other than your billing address is a legitimate charge to your credit card. You may receive a phone call to verify your credit card information so please include all contact information. If the item is a gift, please include a private number. This verification may delay the shipping time of an order by a day or two. Please understand that this is done for protection against credit card fraud.
Nola B. truly is excited to offer unique, handmade items and truly appreciates your order. However, considering that each order is handmade especially for you, we do not accept returns.
What if my stand arrives damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, you must notify us via email at email@example.com within 24 hours of it’s delivery. We will then email you a UPS shipping label that you can use to ship the cake stand back to us, at our expense. Please pack the cake stand in its original packaging and ship it via UPS. After we receive the damaged cake stand, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
